Returns at the Door
Please check your order immediately upon arrival! If it’s not a perfect fit, you can return it to the rider on the spot.
- If you haven't paid delivery charge yet, please pay the delivery charge to the rider.
- If delivery charge was advanced, no extra steps are needed.
- Friendly Reminder: Once the rider leaves, we can no longer accept returns or complaints.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
Change your mind? You have 72 hours to request an exchange. Just keep the tags on and the product unused! (Subject to availability).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
