What is the return policy?
Please check your order IMMEDIATELY upon arrival! If it’s not a perfect fit, find any defects or you don't like it, you need to return it to the rider on the spot.
- Please pay the delivery charge to the rider and Cancel the Order Instantly.
- FRIENDLY REMINDER: Once the rider leaves, we can no longer accept Returns or Complaints.
What is the exchange policy?
Change your mind? You have 72 hours to request an exchange. ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE POSSIBLE OF THE ALREADY ORDERED PRODUCTS. Just keep the tags on and the product unused! (Subject to availability).
When will I get my order?

- Inside Dhaka City within 1/2 days
- Outside Dhaka City within 2/3 days
